Ordering

Orders may be placed by clicking our "purchase" button on each of our item pages, powered by PayPal, you will then follow the ordering procedures and finally submitting your order to us, once we have received your order, an email will be sent to your email account as a confirmation of your purchase.

Timing
Most of our frames will take approximately 1 week to complete prior to shipping. While we will try our very best to complete your order at a timely fashion, some rarer items may take longer to produce. If your order needs to be received on or before a particular date, please email us before placing your order.

Color/size
Since our insects were obtained from nature, no two specimens will be identical, even if multiple items of the same species are ordered together.

Returns/Exchange
We will accept returns if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Defective or damaged products will be exchanged/replaced at a timely manner. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of goods. Said items must be received by Insect Frames within 10 days of receipt of goods.

You may also return artwork that is found to be unsatisfactory, returned item(s) must be in unused condition, and customer is responsible for return shipping cost and merchandise must be fully insured. Please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the total price of returned item(s) will be retained. There are no refunds or exchanges for special orders.

Payment
You can feel completely safe when paying through our PayPal online secure payment service. As a result of sending your payment through PayPal, we as retailer do not have access to your private financial information whatsoever. Please be assured that we take your privacy very seriously.

Full payment including shipping cost and an 8.25% sales tax (if California billing or shipping) will be charged to your account when order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal immediately after your order is placed. We gladly accept the following payment options:

      

Shipping
All merchandise is shipped from California via UPS ground service, fully insured. The shipping charge for the first frame is $10 and $5 per each additional item.

For Canadian customers, your shipping cost is $15 for the first item and $5 per each additional item (USPS).

For customers in Europe and Asia, your shipping cost is $45 for the first item and $10 per each additional item (USPS).

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Disclaimer
All of our butterflies and other insect specimens are legally obtained in the United States. None of our offered species are considered endangered. Most of our specimens are collected from insect farms and aviaries.
All our items are obtained legally through reputable resources, and we possess all proper permits and licenses required by law. Though we may be unaware of the laws in your state for you to acquire them. We will hold you responsible for any fees incurred, should you order an item that you cannot legally possess in your state.
