The
architectural patterns of the metallic lime green triangles, found
on its forewings, set against the jet black background is reminiscent
of New York city's Chrysler building.
This
butterfly is also known as the "Rajah Brookes Birdwing",
named after Sir James Brooke, the first White Rajah of 19th century
Sarawak.
